About Julie
I identify as queer, neurodivergent, and middle-aged. Psychotherapy is my third career, so I know about life transitions. When I'm not reading or cooking, I can be found in the woods near some water.
I bring an irreverent spinster aunt energy to therapy that people seem to like.
My practice is quietly subversive. I'm professional and progressive. I will be supportive and straightforward with you. Our work together will be collaborative and impactful.

More about Julie
Before I was a psychotherapist, I had a personal chef business for 20 years, and before that I was a chemist working in the natural resources industry, in labs supporting mining and forestry work.
I have three degrees - a BSc in applied chemistry, an honours BSc in psychology, and an MA in counselling psychology. I did my counselling internship a fully online psychotherapy practice that centers queer and neurodivergent clients, and am registered with CRPO.
