Free consultation

Finding the right therapist is not always easy. The connection you have with your therapist is an important part of your progress. This free meeting will allow you to meet me and see if we are well suited to work together, before any money is spent. 

Individual Counselling

$150

Once you've determined that you want me to be your therapist, we can book a session. I use the Jane app for therapy sessions. Jane is easy to use, on both web and mobile, and complies with Canada's privacy and confidentiality regulations. 

Relationship Counselling

$180

Also known as -ouples counselling. Couples, throuples, as many participants as therapy for your relationship requires, will get the support you need. Polyamorous/ENM/CNM relationships are affirmed here.
